Baked Shiitake Mushrooms
Ingredients
1 lb shiitake mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Green onions, chopped (optional)
Sesame seeds (optional)
Steps
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and tender.
Drizzle the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil over the mushrooms and stir well to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy your sautéed shiitake mushrooms!
