Baked Shiitake Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 lb shiitake mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped (optional)
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and tender.
- Drizzle the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil over the mushrooms and stir well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your sautéed shiitake mushrooms!
