Oyster Mushrooms
Ingredients
1 lb oyster mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Steps
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the sliced oyster mushrooms to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and tender.
Drizzle the soy sauce over the mushrooms and stir well to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy your sautéed oyster mushrooms!
